What is delivery management software?
It's software that handles every step of an order after it's ready to leave your door: dispatch, tracking, customer updates and proof of delivery. Univooz does this and connects you directly to the fleet that delivers your orders.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. With a Business account you connect each branch to a delivery fleet using that fleet's token, and the fleet handles drivers. If you also run your own drivers, the Hybrid account covers both.
Can my customers track their delivery?
Yes. Every order has a tracking link that shows order status, pickup and delivery addresses and the driver's live position during delivery. Customers don't need an account.
Can I connect Univooz to my ordering system?
Yes. You can create orders through the API with live and test API keys. Enterprise plans can also receive webhooks for order updates.
How is CO₂ calculated?
For each order, Univooz multiplies the road distance by the vehicle's consumption and its fuel's emission factor. Electric vehicles use grid carbon intensity, and bikes count as zero. You get total, per-delivery and per-kilometre figures.
