What is a Hybrid account?
A Hybrid account combines the Business and Fleet plans. You create and track orders as a business and run your own drivers as a fleet, on one platform.
Who is a Hybrid account for?
Companies that deliver with their own drivers, such as restaurant groups, pharmacies, wholesalers and e-commerce brands with in-house delivery. It also suits companies that combine their own drivers with partner fleets.
Can we use our own drivers and partner fleets together?
Yes. Branches connect to fleets using fleet tokens, so you can route some orders to your own fleet and others to partners.
Does the Hybrid account include AI routing and CO₂ tracking?
Yes. AI routing and CO₂ reporting are included from the Hybrid Grow plan.
Can Univooz be customised for our operation?
