What is delivery fleet management software?
It's software that plans, dispatches and tracks the work of a delivery team. Univooz combines route planning, live tracking, driver management and driver pay in one platform. Fleets don't have to stitch together separate tools.
Can Univooz plan routes automatically?
Yes. AI routing can add new orders to existing routes with the smallest detour, route every waiting order at once, or re-solve all planned routes from scratch. You set the limits: extra drive time, extra distance, maximum route distance or duration, and stops per route.
How do drivers use Univooz?
Drivers use the Univooz Go app for iOS and Android. They book shifts, clock in, follow their route, see order details at every stop, and capture proof of delivery.
Can we manage driver pay in Univooz?
Yes. You can set contracts that pay per order or per kilometre, with optional rules by time of day and zone. You can also add one-time or recurring bonuses and manual adjustments, then export settlements as CSV.
How do businesses send us orders?
Each business branch connects to your fleet with a fleet token. Orders then arrive in Univooz automatically, either created in the dashboard or sent through the API.
